My client is one of the leading UK leisure home builders with a great name in the industry both at home and abroad. Their high-value items are sold around the country through national and local parks, dealers. This business is known for its build quality and for going the extra mile in design and finish. This has allowed them to gather a large chunk of the leisure home market that they not only manage to hold year on year out, but also grow. The Role The business is looking to add an individual to manage the whole of Wales.The New Business and Account Manager will Identify and target new parks and dealers in their area, Approach, Book meetings, present products, and then follow up monthly or quarterly with the aim of building lasting relationships with new customers. New business aside, the successful candidate will manage current accounts and clients on patch. Acting as the first point of call for these clients you will manage and uphold the strong relationship with one eye on building up the order list with new products or replacement homes. Main Duties Plan area sales strategy Target and approach new clients Presenting New and Replacement products Manage and grow existing accounts. Entertain new and existing clients out of hours at social and business events/meets. Regular travel to client locations, planning own diary and time. Person Specification The business is open to industry experience as its more about person fit than it is a proven track record in the leisure industry. That said, the successful candidate will have a history of selling high ticket high-value items. They will also come with a hunger and desire to succeed in the industry and the drive to get out on the road and meet clients in person |
